National Trail Day

Spent the morning forging new trails in Stamford at the beautiful Mianus River Park. It's a volunteer effort my firm sponsors so I decided to take my 12 year old. Enemies of state alright - donuts, muffins, bagels! Thank goodness I packed two hard boiled eggs and some nuts for breakfast and lots of water. I thought I was gonna lose it by the end - I was soooo hungry - but I dug deep, chewed gum and came home to a nice green salad. Whew. Gotta have food with you! Good luck this weekend Sophie, it's a challenge but it's working.

Friday
B - hard boiled egg,sweet potatoe (needs some ideas for breakfast)
S - strawberries and blueberries
L - tuna and green salad
S - apple and nuts
Driving home snack - toasted seaweed sheets
D - fish, cabbage salad, carrots

Enemies of the State

Husbands, who make chocolate chip pancakes, even if they are for your children

Tailgate parties at baseball games LOADED with Chips, Cookies and Wine

Saturday morning walks to the local coffee shop with the smell of freshly baked goodies

Pool parties, Graduation parties any other type of parties

Feels like everyone is against you SO thank you again for the support.

Reading this blog makes it all better and motivates me to stay on course!!!!!!

Day 4 - staying clean :)

Feel good a few days in, hard to believe we still have a ways to go :)

Agree w/Sophie that everyone has been looking good - definitely changes performance in wods and how the skin looks, etc...
