Day 8

B - two eggs, avocado
S - olives, nuts
L - salmon burger, cabbage salad, peppers
S - coconut chunks, nuts, dried fruit
D - tomatoes, pickles, spinach salad

Bruised knees from today's fabulous burpees otherwise V. glad we did workout in the am!

Day 8

Black coffee, fruit smoothie, char, avocado
Green veggie juice
Chicken salad guac and green veggies
5 cherries, coconut chunks
Fruit smoothie, 20 cashews
Carrot soup and shrimp

2 cups purple cabbage diced
1 cup cucumber diced
1 shallot minced
1/2 cup green mango, finely diced
1 tbspn balsamic vinegar
2 tbspn evoo
black pepper to taste
