day 6 - Sunday

Should've posted w/day 5 - sorry

B - 3 eggs, 10 almonds, coffee (1/2 & 1/2)
L - salad, tuna, peppers, tomatos, pickles, onions, EVOO & balsamic
D-chicken breast, romaine lettuce, balsamic
1/2 gallon water

Day 5 (Sat) :) Good times, missing my WINE

Hello ladies - nice job staying clean given the challenges right in front of you!!!

Saturday -
B - 2 eggs, 1/2 avacado, coffee w/1/2 1/2
L-banana & almond butter
(had a kids bday party filled with doritos, chips, cake, blah) - stayed strong
D-sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms, chicken
1/2 gallon of water (harder to get my H20 in on the weekends)
