Hello ladies - nice job staying clean given the challenges right in front of you!!!
Saturday - B - 2 eggs, 1/2 avacado, coffee w/1/2 1/2 L-banana & almond butter (had a kids bday party filled with doritos, chips, cake, blah) - stayed strong D-sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms, chicken 1/2 gallon of water (harder to get my H20 in on the weekends)
