B - 2 eggs, sliced turkey
L - spinach burger, tomatoes
S - apple, sunflower seed butter
Snack ride home - coconut chunks
D - broccoli, salad, sweet potatoe

Had a glass of wine Saturday night completely forgetting this month's diet but it was good. Getting bored with my food... but am def feeling thinner.

How do you guys feel?

Day 13

B: black coffee, fruit smoothie, paleo pancakes
S: fresh green veggie juice, 10 cashews
L: prosciutto, swiss chard, zucchini, cherries
S: 2 oz nuts
Dinner: flounder, carrots, kale, and a tofu and fresh strawberry mixture I made for the kids. I know tofu isn't on the list but it's not exactly falling off the wagon :)
