B: black coffee, fruit smoothie, paleo pancakes
S: fresh green veggie juice, 10 cashews
L: prosciutto, swiss chard, zucchini, cherries
S: 2 oz nuts
Dinner: flounder, carrots, kale, and a tofu and fresh strawberry mixture I made for the kids. I know tofu isn't on the list but it's not exactly falling off the wagon :)
