Day 2

Felt kind of hungrier today....but felt good that I didn't give in to the nut craving!
Breakfast: black coffee, 2 eggs, kale, onion, fish oil
Snack: chicken and fresh veggie juice
Lunch: Salad, chicken salad, avocado
Snack: 10 almonds
Dinner: garlic shrimp, brocoli, carrot, 4 cherries

Having dinner earlier was a better idea (6:30 versus 8:30)
