think i missed day 5 but can't remember so will move on to day 6 (i am getting old:)
1 egg, 1 egg white, chicken sausage, spinach, coffee w/coconut milk
green salad with chicken, oil/vinegar
2 slices turkey w/guac
everyday paleo chili (good but very heavy as a lot of meat - my husband loved it though!)
1 apple
This reminded me of an amazing chili I made which was not heavy and I think would work for Paleo (but double check) it was a chicken chili from barefoot contessa, i found a recipe on food network for you, check it out - I loved it!!!!!
