National Trail Day

Spent the morning forging new trails in Stamford at the beautiful Mianus River Park. It's a volunteer effort my firm sponsors so I decided to take my 12 year old. Enemies of state alright - donuts, muffins, bagels! Thank goodness I packed two hard boiled eggs and some nuts for breakfast and lots of water. I thought I was gonna lose it by the end - I was soooo hungry - but I dug deep, chewed gum and came home to a nice green salad. Whew. Gotta have food with you! Good luck this weekend Sophie, it's a challenge but it's working.

Friday
B - hard boiled egg,sweet potatoe (needs some ideas for breakfast)
S - strawberries and blueberries
L - tuna and green salad
S - apple and nuts
Driving home snack - toasted seaweed sheets
D - fish, cabbage salad, carrots

    As far as breakfast I know people like smoothies and you can make one with almond milk (the whole foods brand is delish) anything else you like goes in frozen berries, banana, kale, spinach and ice.
