Day 7

B: 1 egg, 2 eggwhites, spinach, coffee, 8 almonds
snack: 1 oz cocnut chunks
lunch: grilled chicken, broccoli
dinner: salmon, cabbage slaw from everyday paleo (mo recommended this salad and it is GREAT - if anyone wants the recipe let me know)
6 cherries
