Hardest day yet...felt like munching!
B: black coffee, 2 eggs, 3 strawberries, 1/2 ounce of nuts, 1/2 ounce of coco
Snack: Fresh Green vegetable juice
Lunch: Almond hummus, veggies in collard green wrap.
Snack: 2 oz nuts, 3 strawberries
late snack baked kale and 5 five almonds
Dinner (9:30PM) homemade meatballs in tomato sauce
dinner was way too late!
