day 3

breakfast - 1 egg, 1 egg white, spinach, coffee, coconut water
lunch - grilled chicken breast, broccoli
snack - apple, 1 tspn cashew butter
dinner - paleo lasagna and kale salad from chef's table (highly recommend both!)

must admit i had a slight slip up yesterday at my son's preschool "graduation " - hadn't eaten since breakfast and didn't come prepared with a snack so ended up having a small piece of coffee cake. need to be better prepared next time!!!
