Day 4

Breakfast: black coffee, 1 egg, 1 egg white, zucchini
Lunch: Salad and chicken
Snack: green veggie juice and 20 cashews
Dinner: roasted chicken and guac and 20 cashews

Going to bed because I've been fighting a nut craving all day! Off to Boston for the weekend so a little stressed about eating Paleo while away from home. Just baked some Paleo pumpkin muffins for the road.
